We made security a top priority when developing a new website, as it involved handling customers’ sensitive personal and financial information. We implemented encrypted entry fields to address any security vulnerabilities with unsecured or unencrypted forms and securely archived the forms on off-site servers.

We were tasked with managing our clients’ reputations, which involved advising them on the best practices for handling negative reviews on Google and social media. We also developed strategies to encourage customers with positive experiences to share their reviews online.
Furthermore, our client successfully acquired a historic row house in Woodley Park, Washington to expand their housing accommodations. However, the property carried a historical legacy as a halfway house and HIV clinic. To address this, we undertook comprehensive research into the property’s online history, leaving no stone unturned. We also proactively reached out to directories and listings to ensure the information was updated accurately, providing our client with a secure and informed property acquisition.
Resolving
Blacklisting
When the client approached us, they were dealing with a critical issue. Recipients were rejecting emails sent from their IP address. Our analysis revealed that major reporting entities blocked them. We removed their IP, servers, and emails from 101 known reporting blocklists.
Media Development
As a part of our marketing strategy, we focused on modernizing their media content. This involved conducting photography at dozens of facilities across Washington, D.C. The latest property photos were used for their new website. Additionally, we repurposed existing professional video recordings from their extensive video library and edited new video content for use on their social media and website.
