How often do you backup a website?

Do you provide chat support as part of your website maintenance packages?
Yes, we provide chat support as part of all our packages (silver, gold, and platinum) except for the bronze package. Bronze package customers won't have access to chat support.
Do you update plugins on our website, too?
Yes, if you opt for any of our website maintenance packages, we will surely provide you with plugin updates as part of every single package. So, no matter which package you select, we will ensure that all your plugins are updated and working properly.
